The Process

  1. We will firstly meet with you to discuss your requirements and explain the process.
  2. We will then work with you and your team to formulate a detailed project proposal and fundraising strategy. This will form the basis of all our applications.
  3. Using our in-house fundraising software and directories, James and his team will research and compile a database of potential grant makers and will prepare and submit full applications.
  4. Once the application process has begun, we will manage the relationship with your prospects and using our expertise will secure funding as quickly as possible.
  5. As your applications move forward, we will attend project visits and any grants meetings or presentations that are needed to secure funding.
  6. We look after all related correspondence and communications and will handle all aspects of the fundraising process for you.
  7. Our personal service includes banking and acknowledging donations on the day that they are received. We will then post you copies for your records with a short donation report.
  8. Once your funding is secured, we can continue to represent you an act on your behalf. We can manage your fundraising operation, making sure you keep your newly found donors and continue to grow your income.
  9. We provide a regular progress report and will inform you of key developments as they happen via phone and e-mail updates – we love to share good news, it’s the best part of the job!
