Trainee Fundraising Officer
JM Professional Fundraising is a young and developing Horsham-based consultancy that specialises in securing grants for charities across Sussex, Surrey and London.
We currently have an exciting new opportunity available for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who will train alongside our Fundraising Director to become a qualified Fundraising Officer.
We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with sales or marketing skills, but will also consider applicants with customer services or account management experience.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team whilst being able to work under own initiative
- A Methodical approach and good attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Competent computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Keen and eager to learn
