Documents & Information Checklist

WBelow is a list of documents and information which we will normally need prior to fundraising on a clients behalf

  1. A copy of the most recent signed audited accounts (if income is over £20,000 PA)
  2. A copy of the annual report (if produced)
  3. An up-to-date income and expenditure forecast.
  4. A job description for each member of staff to be included in the proposal.
  5. A copy of the Memorandum of Association or Constitution (if applicable)
  6. Bank details where a grant can be paid by BACS
  7. Details of any current grants held
  8. Details of any grants over £10,000 received in past 3 years
  9. Details of any approaches made in the past 2 years and the outcome if known
  10. List of Trustees/Committee members and a short paragraph regarding their experience and what they bring to the charity.

Additional requirements

Subject to various donor's requests we may also require:

  • Full contact details of 2 relevant independent referees.
  • A copy of the SORP and SOFA (if applicable)
  • Recent original bank statements.
  • A CV for each member of staff to be included in the proposal (if already in post)
  • A list of 10 possible visit dates equally spanning the next 12 months.
