It's a really busy week here at JM Professional Fundraising, we have several big appeals starting, lots of planning for new appeals in April and budget setting is taking place with most of our clients.
So with not much time to spare I thought I would share an article that I read today in Professional Fundraising. Written by Becky Slack, the subject really is forecasting and target setting and is very well written indeed. A must read for anyone involved in fundraising, so pop the kettle on, take five minutes out of your schedule and have a look for yourself.
